
Man Sentenced To 10 Years In Coffeyville Arson Case

WICHITA, KAN. – A Montgomery County man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for arson, U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said today.
Jimmy F. Foster, 66, Coffeyville, Kan., pleaded guilty to one count of arson of a commercial building. In his plea, he admitted that on Jan. 28, 2012, he set fire to a building at 217 W. 8th Street in Coffeyville. The building was occupied by a store called Butterfly Kisses. The fire destroyed the building.
Grissom commended The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Assistant U.S. Attorney Matt Treaster for their work on the case.
